Request for Quote (RFQ) #: 36C25926Q0398 Project: LivaNova 3T Heater/Cooler Maintenance for Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC (RMR) for a Base Year plus 1 (one) additional option year. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Important Dates: Questions deadline: 12:00 pm, April 22nd, 2026 Quote submission deadline: 4:00 pm MT, April 27th, 2026 All questions must be submitted in writing before the question cut-off date. Evaluation Criteria Per 52.212-2, the Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous, considering: Technical capability or quality Price Past Performance Technical capability is more important than price.
