Description

The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source award with The Hardenbergh Group Inc. for medical records review for Inpatient and Outpatient Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541618 Other Management Consulting Services $19M.

Period of Performance:

            Base: 12 months

            1st Option Year: 12 months

            2nd Option Year: 12 months

In accordance with principles of RFO 12.102(a) Sole Source Justification may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). The Hardenbergh Group Inc. currently provides medical records review for Inpatient and Outpatient Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than The Hardenbergh Group Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 10:00 AM MDT on April 23, 2026. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
