The system must be accessible to licensees, agency staff, and CE providers, enabling licensees to record and track CE for licensure and renewal, providers to report course completions, and staff to monitor, report, assess, and verify compliance. The system must be provided at no cost to the agency, offer free access to licensees, and have transparent pricing for CE providers, if any. The vendor must disclose its funding structure.
