The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is soliciting proposals for the purchase and maintenance of Pure Storage hardware and software subscriptions to support its Division of Information Technology (DIT). - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology (DIT), DOA/ASB - OEM Highlight: - Pure Storage is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all hardware and software components - Products and Services Requested: - Multiple Pure Storage Evergreen Gold Subscriptions (monthly, advanced/gold service level) - Key part numbers include: FA-m50R240TB, FA-X70R2-107TB, FA-X90R2-245TB, FA-X70R2-153TB, FA-X70R2-233TB, FA-X70R2-256TB, FA-X70-366TB, FA-X90R3-493TB, FA-m20R2-20TB, FA-X70R3-292TB, FA-C60R3-247TB, SS-m-22TB, SS-DFM-127TB, m-chassis-DP-10TB, x-chassis-DP-22TB, SAS-SHELF-DP-22TB - Quantities range from 9 to 2940 units per line item - Non Return SSD (NRSSD) fees (part number: FA-NRSSD $/TB/MO) with quantities up to 5916 units per line item - Capacity Reconciliation services (240 units) - Pure Storage FlashArray Upgrades (e.g., PS-FLASHARRAY-FFRENEWAL-UPGRADE, FA-X to X90R4-FC FF UPG, FA-M to X20R4-FC FF UPG-SE) - Advanced hardware maintenance and 24/7 support - Notable Requirements: - Offerors must be authorized Pure Storage partners or provide OEM proof - All proposals must include End-User License Agreements (EULAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), or Warranty Terms as applicable - Compliance with federal regulations and active SAM.gov registration is required - Pricing must be submitted using the provided Price Schedule template - Period of Performance: - Base year plus two option years, each running for 12 months - Place of Performance/Delivery: - FDIC Division of Information Technology Distribution Center, 3501 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22226 - Multiple FDIC federal office locations for contract administration

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites vendors to submit a quote in response to RFQ No. CORHQ‑26‑Q‑0132 for the FDIC Pure Storage Software (SUB) requirement. All offerors must use the provided Price Schedule template to submit pricing for all required line items and should include their most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End‑User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) must be submitted with the quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government‑approved terms.

Each quote submission shall include the following components, preferably as separate documents:

• Price Schedule Spreadsheet (REQUIRED) • Section K – Representations and Certifications (REQUIRED) • Proof of active registration in SAM.gov (REQUIRED) • Proof of partnership with Pure Storage (REQUIRED) • EULAs, MSAs, or Warranty Terms (if applicable)

Quotes that do not include all required components listed above will not be considered for award. The selected awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to contract award.

Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST on April 21, 2026. All quotes must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on April 30, 2026. All quote packages must be submitted directly to Harold Groves at hgroves@fdic.gov.
