This opportunity is for construction services to replace chilled water lines at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania, limited to Lebanon-Altoona MATOC holders and set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). - Project Scope: - Replace chilled water piping from the central plant (Building 10) to tie-in points near Building 2 - Install new piping, valve manholes, emergency chiller connections, and perform associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work - Key equipment includes: - Four Weil 1.5-inch submersible wastewater pumps (15–70 GPM, 0.75 hp) - One Bell & Gossett B-1600 expansion tank (422 gal) - Phased construction to minimize downtime and maintain system operation - Eligibility & Requirements: - Only Lebanon-Altoona MATOC holders may bid - Set aside for SDVOSB concerns - Place of Performance: - Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, PA 17042 - Period of Performance: - Construction must be completed within two years from 06/16/2025 (stamp/seal date) - Construction beyond this period requires additional design verification - No specific part numbers for pumps or tank, but manufacturers are specified (Weil, Bell & Gossett) - Detailed bid drawings and specifications are provided as attachments
