GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Government is seeking to identify potential small businesses that can satisfy this requirement at the contractor level under NAICS Codes 324121/ 327320 - This contract will consist of material purchases and delivery associated with the repair and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfaces at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). This requirement is to provide the materials necessary to complete projects as needed. SEE SCOPE OF WORK DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS

Objective: The government intent is to create a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple venders to supply the products below in multiple locations throughout Tobyhanna Army depot.  See below current requirement list of products related to asphalt and concrete repair and maintenance. The intent of the blanket purchase agreement is to compete each request throughout a 5-year BPA buying period. BPA awardee with best value for each request will be used for that purchase.
