Administration and Implementation of the Getting to Y Substance Misuse Prevention Program in New Hampshire Schools

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division for Behavioral Health, is seeking a contractor to administer and implement the 'Getting to Y' (GTY) substance misuse prevention program in approximately 25 middle and high schools statewide each year. - Government Buyer: - New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division for Behavioral Health - OEMs and Vendors: - UP for Learning (provider of the GTY model and training materials) - Regional Public Health Networks (RPHNs) (to be subcontracted for program delivery) - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive administration and implementation of the GTY program, including: - Program management, scheduling, and communication - Recruitment and subcontracting with RPHNs for local delivery - Training and technical assistance for RPHNs and schools - Development and execution of a detailed GTY Implementation Plan - Recruitment and retention of participating schools - Management of stipends for schools and RPHNs (minimum $100,000 annually for student stipends) - Data collection, quarterly reporting, and program impact evaluation - Coordination of annual conferences and Train-the-Trainer events - Contracting with UP for Learning to ensure fidelity to the GTY model - End-of-life transition services for secure data and service handoff - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must contract with UP for Learning to maintain program fidelity - Emphasis on student engagement and analysis of Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) data - Background checks for personnel - Compliance with information security and privacy standards - Support for secure transition of services and data at contract end - Open to all qualified vendors; detailed requirements provided in RFP and appendices

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals to administer and implement the Getting to Y (GTY) substance misuse prevention program.
