The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking preventative maintenance services for water purification systems at Keesler Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA), HCD South, 81st MDG SGL - MM - OEMs and Vendors: - EvoQua (manufacturer of WRO300H Reverse Osmosis Machines and CWP 100 water purification unit) - MAR COR (OEM for Carbon Filter Tanks, PIN 920-03-835 Rev 1) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance for: - Four EvoQua WRO300H Reverse Osmosis Machines - MAR COR Carbon Filter Tanks (PIN 920-03-835 Rev 1) - One CWP 100, Model WRO H/S water purification unit - Maintenance tasks include: - Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services - Filter changes, water testing (bacteria and endotoxins), membrane cleaning, calibration, system inspections, disinfection, and reporting - Annual rebed/replacement of media in carbon filter tanks and replacement of seals and o-rings - Emergency service response within 48 hours during business hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must use OEM-certified technicians - Access to OEM parts inventory is required - Maintenance must follow a strict schedule (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) - Place of Performance: - Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four 12-month option years (total potential duration: 5 years)

Description

Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance of 4 WRO300H Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Machines + Carbon Filter Tanks supplied by MAR COR PIN 920-03-835 Rev 1, and CWP 100, Model WRO H/S at Keesler Air Force Base.
