The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is conducting market research on behalf of the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) to identify potential contractors capable of providing Medical Gases, Fills, and Oxygen Cylinder Rentals to VA medical facilities and clinics.
