Waco Independent School District (Waco ISD) is seeking vendors to provide a broad range of educational consulting, professional development, and student-based contracted services to support district operations and student programs. - Government Buyer: - Waco Independent School District (Waco ISD) - Products/Services Requested: - Educational consulting (academic consulting, program review, curriculum design) - Professional/staff development training - Motivational or professional speaking - Data/statistical analysis - Evaluator and judging services - Technology and operations analysis/consulting - Grant evaluation - Presentations and programs for staff and students - Marching band/drill/cheer design and choreography - Theatre coaching - Instruction for extracurricular classes (art, photography, gardening, tennis, Zumba, etc.) - Speakers for assembly programs - Copyrighted materials (such as books) ancillary to services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Texas Education Code for criminal history checks for contractors and subcontractors - Submission of at least five references, preferably from Texas school districts - Multiple vendors may be awarded; proposals accepted throughout the contract period - Services primarily delivered in-person at Waco ISD facilities - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Period of Performance: - Contract term up to seven years, expiring April 30, 2028; contracts initiated before expiration remain valid for their full term, including renewals

Description
