ESC Region 13 is seeking proposals from qualified independent contractors to be included on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) to provide services supporting the Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative. The services focus on Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)-aligned work, including development, revision, and alignment of resources, technical assistance, and content expertise in college, career, and military readiness standards. Certain services such as consulting, direct-to-student services, product-only offerings, professional development, and staff augmentation are excluded. Vendors previously awarded under RFP 2026-09 or prior openings of this RFP are advised not to submit duplicate responses.
