Description

The City of Carlsbad is soliciting proposals for inspection and cleaning services of storm drain infrastructure including 152 high priority curb inlet/catch basins, 200 curb inlet/catch basins with treatment control BMPs, and 6 stormwater water treatment units during the annual dry season. The contract also includes year-round as-needed/on-call services such as inspections, cleaning of curb inlets, catch basins, cleanouts, conveyance system pipes, and CCTV inspection and condition assessments. This is a multi-year agreement with potential changes in inventory and service frequency outside the annual dry season. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2026, and proposals are due by June 4, 2026.
