The Town of Farmville is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services at the Farmville Regional Airport in Cumberland County, Virginia. The selected operator will manage aircraft fueling, parking, terminal operations, ground handling, and other aeronautical support services under a lease and operating agreement. Optional services such as aircraft maintenance, flight instruction, and charter operations may also be proposed. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, service quality, financial capability, and business plans.
