Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for upgrading the fire alarm system at Lethbridge Polytechnic by migrating from an EST3 copper network to an EST4 fibre network. The project includes replacing fire alarm control panels, installing conduit and patch cabling, connecting new EST4 panels to the fibre network, and programming and verifying all devices. The transition must maintain operation of both networks until the EST4 fibre network is fully operational, after which the copper loop will be decommissioned. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection are required for all interested bidders.
