Description
The City of Santa Cruz is seeking qualifications from architects to study and propose three alternative approaches for expanding public restrooms adjacent to 57 Municipal Wharf. The selected architect will prepare building permit plans and specifications for a demising wall separating 57 Municipal Wharf from the restroom expansion, provide cost estimates, bid support, construction support, post-construction services, and as-built drawings. This project aims to replace restroom capacity lost due to a 2024 collapse at the southern end of the Wharf and increase available restroom facilities to meet visitor demand.
