The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area, Albuquerque Service Unit (ASU) is seeking market research responses for Medical Staff Professional Support Services to support credentialing and privileging of clinical staff. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area, Albuquerque Service Unit (ASU) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; however, the contractor must be familiar with electronic credentialing software such as MD Staff - Products/Services Requested: - Medical Staff Professional Support Services - Credentialing and privileging support for physicians, advanced practice providers, dentists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and telehealth providers - Tasks include application processing, credential verification, monitoring licensure expirations, reporting, and audit support - 32 hours per week of remote support required - Compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations - Monthly performance reporting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Prioritization of Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) in accordance with HHSAR 326.603-1 and FAR 19.502-2 - Contractor must be familiar with electronic credentialing software (e.g., MD Staff) - Compliance with regulatory standards and privacy/confidentiality requirements - Remote service delivery - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods if exercised - Place of Performance: - Albuquerque, New Mexico (remote support for Albuquerque Service Unit) - Contracting office located at 200 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20201
