Description

The Bank of Canada is seeking to prequalify and establish a roster of consulting firms to provide external consultant services on an as-needed basis over a 3-year duration. The roster will support a range of business, operational, and technology initiatives, with an estimated annual engagement of approximately 50 external consultants. About 90% of the requirements are expected to be IT-related services, including systems, applications, and digital initiatives, while the remaining 10% will cover non-IT services such as business analysis, project management, change management, and specialized advisory support. The majority of resources will be required in the Ottawa region, with some needs at other Bank locations.
