Description
The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to design, document, and support the implementation of a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) that ensures compliance with The Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Act. The SMS should follow the Plan–Do–Check–Act continuous improvement model and be scalable, sustainable, and integrated into organizational operations. The contractor will assess existing safety documentation, identify compliance gaps, develop SMS components, and provide tools and training to support ongoing management and continual improvement. The contract duration is one year with an option to extend for six months.
