The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) is seeking qualified consultants to provide construction supervision services for bridge projects under the Rural Integrated Roads for Growth (RIRG) Program's Bridge and Large Diameter Culvert Initiative. Consultants may submit cost proposals for up to four projects scheduled for completion in the 2026-27 fiscal year. Only consultants pre-qualified for "Constr. Admin Bridges" by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways are eligible to submit proposals. The agreement for services will be between the successful consultant(s) and the respective Rural Municipalities.
