The Town of Glastonbury is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide On-Call Architectural Services on an as-needed basis for municipal and school projects, excluding those subject to different procurement rules due to federal or state grant funding. Services include program analysis, conceptual plans, schematic designs, design development, construction drawings, project specifications, cost estimation, and construction administration. The contract duration is three years with possible extensions, and the maximum value per service order is $99,999.99. Responses must be submitted electronically by May 7, 2026.
