** This is a DRAFT Solicitation** All accompanying attachments will also be in DRAFT form CEHNC plans to issue a single solicitation resulting in three regional Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for non-personal services, using performance-based task orders in support of facility reduction. The awarded MATOCs will support a wide range of demolition services, to include abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), disposal of other regulated material (ORM) and facility demolition as described in the PWS. The Midwest/Northeast Region is valued at $95,000,000; the Southeast Region is valued at $220,000,000.00, and the West/Pacific Region is valued at $180,000,000, for a total programmatic capacity of $495,000,000 to meet the FRP requirements for commercial demolition services.
