Description
The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking proposals for a Value Engineering Study for the Knik-Goose Bay Road Reconstruction project covering two segments: Vine Rd to Settlers Bay Drive and Centaur Ave to Vine Rd. The contractor will provide a Value Engineering Team including a Team Leader and members to conduct the study in accordance with state policy. The contract period is approximately May 2026 to August 2026, with an estimated contract value between $100,000 and $150,000. The RFP package will be available starting April 15, 2026, and proposals are due by April 30, 2026.
