Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of the Power Generation Plant Capacity Upgrade at Camp Roberts, California. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include a sole-source brand requirement for the Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) multifunction protective relays and power system controllers.
This is not a solicitation for the competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to determine if the interested party can meet the requirement described herein.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on 1 May 2026 to zachary.d.finn@usace.army.mil.
