The Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide custodial maintenance services for two EPD facilities in the Atlanta area. - Government Buyer: - Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD) - Offices: Air Branch Workshop and Water Branch Warehouse - Locations: - EPD Air Branch Workshop: 5028 Clark Howell Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30349 - EPD Water Branch Warehouse: 639 Cordell Drive, Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30349 (sometimes referenced as College Park) - Services Requested: - Comprehensive custodial maintenance for both facilities - Daily trash disposal - Sweeping and mopping of floors (including weekly wet mopping of VCT floors) - Restroom and breakroom cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking - Dusting of restrooms, lobby, front office, and breakroom - Semi-annual scrubbing and rewaxing of VCT floors - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and chemicals - Service Schedule: - Air Branch Workshop: Services after 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (excluding legal holidays) - Water Branch Warehouse: Services between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday - Contract Structure: - Initial one-year term with up to four additional one-year renewal options (maximum five years) - Monthly service at each location - Preference for a single vendor to service both locations - Vendor Requirements: - Minimum five years of commercial/residential cleaning experience - At least three references - Mandatory pre-bid conference attendance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; this is a service contract - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All cleaning supplies and chemicals must be provided by the contractor - Services must be performed outside of regular business hours as specified for each location

The Department of Natural Resources - Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is soliciting bids for custodial maintenance services at two locations in Atlanta, Georgia: the EPD Air Branch Workshop and the EPD Water Branch Warehouse.
