The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho State Office is seeking a qualified contractor for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide maintenance and repair services for security systems across multiple BLM offices in Idaho. - Government Buyer: - Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office - OEMs and Vendors: - AMAG Technology (Symmetry/AMAG certified required) - Exacqvision (Johnson Controls) - HID Global (HID Readers) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems - Annual inspections, system testing, component replacement, software updates - 24/7 service call response with defined response times (scheduled, priority, emergency) - Equipment includes: - Cameras (multiple locations, quantities per site) - Exacqvision Servers (multiple locations) - Monitors - HID Readers (AMAG HSE System and S2 System) - Quantities and Locations: - Over 300 cameras, 30+ Exacqvision servers, 170+ monitors, and 200+ HID readers across 12 BLM offices and field sites in Idaho (Boise, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Marsing, Shoshone, Burley, Salmon, Pocatello, Challis, Cottonwood) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be Symmetry/AMAG certified and have experience with Exacqvision Johnson Controls systems - Service covers multiple federal facilities with strict response time requirements - SBA set-aside under NAICS 561621 (Security Systems Services) - Maximum cumulative purchases under the BPA not to exceed $250,000
