This solicitation is an Invitation to Tender for the supply and installation of a new 8.0m concrete slab bridge on inverted T abutments located on Leechtown Road (Whiskey Creek) within the Greater Victoria Water Supply Area. The project scope includes removal of the existing culvert, excavation, grading, foundation preparation, precast abutments and superstructure, guard rails, retaining wall, backfill, riprap, road surface, and site restoration.
