Boise State University is seeking bids for furnishing and outfitting its Student Union Building (SUB) as part of a remodel project. - Government Buyer: - Boise State University, Boise, Idaho - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial-grade furniture for high-use, institutional environments - Includes all items listed in the furniture schedule (see Appendix A - Basis of Design) - No specific OEMs or brands required; equivalent products allowed if they meet specifications - Delivery and full installation of all awarded furniture items - Vendors responsible for labor, materials, and removal of packaging - Vendor Requirements: - Must be authorized dealers or distributors with at least three years of experience supplying commercial-grade furniture to higher education or public agencies - Must provide product specification sheets and warranty information - Evaluation and Award: - Multi-award solicitation; vendors may bid on any or all items - Awards may be made to multiple vendors by item or product group - Evaluation based on lowest total cost among responsive and responsible bidders - University reserves the right to adjust quantities or make multiple awards as needed - Compliance: - All furniture must meet or exceed ANSI/BIFMA standards and the design intent outlined in the Basis of Design - Delivery: - All items must be delivered and fully installed by the specified deadline; early or partial deliveries require prior approval
