The Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission has issued a notice suspending Charles A. Jones from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (E-Rate Program) and all universal service support mechanisms. The Bureau is also commencing debarment proceedings against Mr. Jones. Individuals or entities with existing or intended contracts with Mr. Jones related to these programs may file opposition requests within 30 days of receiving the suspension letter or by May 18, 2026, whichever is earlier.
