Description
San Diego State University (SDSU) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The inventory includes multiple lots of associated funerary objects and human remains from various archaeological sites in San Diego County, California. SDSU has determined cultural affiliation between these remains and objects and several Native American tribes, and repatriation may occur on or after May 18, 2026. Requests for repatriation must be submitted to SDSU as specified in the notice.
