FAR 12.202(b)(l)(i) "This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The intent is to award a  "sole source", fixed price contract to Carver Pump Co. 

This solicitation is issued as a RFQ for parts for the #2, #5, & #6 AC Seawater Pump Systems on a US Vessell. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
