Description
The MTA - NYC Transit (NYCT) is seeking firm fixed pricing from qualified firms to act as System Maintainer for the full leasing of Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) security systems. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining life safety security systems, performing repairs on equipment, components, software, monitoring, and applicable licensing at various LIRR station locations. These systems, installed between 2015 and 2025, require ongoing maintenance, repairs, updates, upgrades, and support on an as-needed basis, subject to New York State Prevailing Wages Schedule PRC# 2026008825. The contract term is ten years with two five-year option periods.
