The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Roofs - Basic Science Building project at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. The project involves replacing multiple EPDM roofing systems that are beyond their useful life and repairing a ballasted roof installed in 2012 on an eight-story building constructed in 1956 with approximately 53,000 square feet of roof area.
