The U.S. Department of State, Executive Secretariat (S/ES), ExecTech Office is seeking qualified vendors for a large-scale Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Executive Secretariat (S/ES), ExecTech Office - Eligible Vendors: - Only HubZone, Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors may compete - Scope of Services: - Enterprise-level IT support for executive communications and mission-critical applications - Cybersecurity, network engineering, cloud and DevOps, video teleconferencing (VTC) support - Support for both classified and unclassified environments - Security Requirements: - Vendors must possess a Top-Secret Facility Clearance - Personnel must be eligible for up to Top-Secret clearances - Contract Details: - Single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) valued between $100M and $150M - Five-year period (one base year plus four option years) - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation

The Department of State’s (DoS), Bureau of Global Acquisitions on behalf of the Executive Secretariat (S/ES), ExecTech Office is seeking potential sources under either HubZone, WOSB or SDVOSB socioeconomic factor that are capable of providing a service to perform Information Technology Support Services (ITSS).
