The United States Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) is seeking a strategic industry partner for a five-year collaboration to support military-to-military events, including Silent Warrior (annual) and FLINTLOCK (biennial). - Government Buyer: - United States Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA), under the Department of Defense - Contracting office located in Stuttgart-Moringen, Germany - Scope of Partnership: - Coordination and integration of advanced defense technologies into SOCAFRICA-led events - Technologies of interest include: - Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (counter-UAS) - Artificial Intelligence-enabled command and control solutions - Austere sustainment solutions for challenging environments - Responsibilities include: - Vendor management and event programming integration - Logistics support for technology demonstrations and exercises - Fostering collaboration among African partner nations, global allies, and industry stakeholders - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities are identified - Focus is on industry coordination and technology demonstration, not direct procurement of equipment - Unique Requirements: - Emphasis on enhancing interoperability, operational readiness, and regional security through technology integration and partnership - Engagement spans multiple years and events across Africa - No commitment to procure specific goods or services at this stage; this is a market research RFI
