This opportunity involves the Department of Defense, specifically the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 410th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), ACC RCO Miami, seeking comprehensive J2 Physical Security Services for U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 410th CSB, ACC RCO Miami - U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive security services for USSOUTHCOM, including: - Personnel Security Specialist (5,760 hours) - Information Security Specialist (9,600 hours) - Administrative Security Specialist (3,840 hours) - Physical Security Specialist (15,360 hours) - Conference Center Security Assistant (5,760 hours) - Directorate Security Specialist (1,920 hours) - Physical Security Hardware Specialist (1,920 hours) - Information Technology/Information System Specialist (3,840 hours) - SCIF Management Specialist (1,920 hours) - Services cover administrative, personnel, physical, information, and industrial security functions, including RMF security services, access control, classified material handling, security training, system maintenance, and SCIF management. - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must support both collateral and SCI security programs and comply with Top Secret clearance requirements. - Tasks include surge support, detailed reporting, and strict adherence to security and quality control standards. - Key personnel must have specialized roles (e.g., Physical Security Network Engineer, Security Hardware Specialist). - Contractor will access classified information systems as authorized by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). - Place of Performance: - Headquarters, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172 - Services may extend throughout USSOUTHCOM's area of responsibility (Central/South America, Caribbean, adjacent waters).

Description

This contractor shall provide security service support to USSOUTHCOM’s collateral and SCI security programs, including but not limited to administrative, personnel, physical, information, and industrial security functions within the headquarters (HQ) and throughout USSOUTHCOM’s area of responsibility (AOR) which includes Central and South America, the Caribbean and the adjacent waters of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico. These programs are designed to protect the command’s people, information, property and operations from acts of espionage, sabotage, terrorism, workplace violence, and other criminal acts; as well as, acts of negligence affecting the command’s security posture.  Please see Performance Work Statement for specific details.

The Contractor shall submit all questions and concerns in writing via email to Contract Specialist, Cristina Tellechea at cristina.a.tellechea.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer, Sherwin Riley, Sherwin.d.riley.civ@mail.mil no later than Friday, 24 April 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (EST). The email shall be entitled "Questions for Solicitation W91QEX-26-R-A001". The body of the email shall be numbered per question and contain questions in a clear and concise manner with specific reference to the page number and section of the solicitation, if applicable. No questions will be answered if received after 6:00 p.m. (EST) on 24 April 2026. Answers shall be provided as an amendment to the solicitation notice as issued via SAM website no later than Friday, 1 May 2026 by 5:00 p.m. (EST) and shall be structured as an all-inclusive question/answer document encompassing all of the Contractor's questions and the Government's responses to those questions.
