This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to use a future RFQ or RFP.

All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
