NAVSUP FLC Norfolk is seeking a contractor to support the 2026 Employee Recognition Day and Awards Ceremony for NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia. - Government Buyer: - Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLC) Norfolk, on behalf of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Philadelphia Office - Services Requested: - Seating for 600 employees at a single-day event - $12 food and beverage voucher for each attendee, redeemable at any food vendor within the ballpark - OEMs and Vendors: - The Philadelphia Phillies are identified as the only known source capable of meeting requirements for location, date, and capacity - Unique Requirements: - Event must be held at a venue capable of accommodating 600 employees - Food vouchers must be usable at any food vendor within the ballpark - No specific products or part numbers; this is a service-based procurement

Description

The current requirement is for the 2026 Employee Recognition Day and Awards Ceremony (ERAC) in support of NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Office.  The contractor is required to provide seating for 600 employees and lunch accommodations to include $12 food and Beverage Voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark on June 4, 2026. The Philadelphia Phillies are the only known source that can meet the government’s minimum requirement at this time in terms of location (i.e., distance from the work site), date availability, and ability to accommodate the NAVSUP WSS workforce.
