FL - PELICAN ISLAND NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE (NWR) - BUNKHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENTDESCRIPTION: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a construction project for work that requires a complete replacement of the bunkhouse roof with a tin/zinc coated copper double-lock standing seam metal (SSMR) roof at the Pelican Island NWR per the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Please read the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments prior to submitting quote.Solicitation number 140FC126R0010 is being issued as an RFP. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation with an associated NAICS code of 238160 - Roofing Contractors.This award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements, is determined technically acceptable, and offers the lowest evaluated price.
