Description
Restroom rental for staff to use while the plumbing lines are replaced. Current restrooms need to be closed due to pipe damage and deterioration. This requirement is for a professional, climate-controlled trailer unit with two toilet stalls and an onboard water tank. Weekly professional servicing (cleaning, pumping, and restocking) is also required. The portable restrooms will be needed for a base period of six months with an additional option period of 6 more months. Rental will need to begin as soon as possible.
Quotes received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the lowest priced offer that is technically acceptable. Details regarding submission instructions and evaluation procedures are found in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base period of six months and one option period of an additional six months.
