THIS IS ONLY MARKET RESEARCH. NO QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.

Delta 8 10 SOPS has a requirement for the purchase of OS/COMET software maintenance to support all existing software installations and licensing. The specific software can be found in the attached Draft SOW. Also attached is the draft sole source J&A that identifies Peraton Inc. as the sole source provider of the software and maintenance on the software.

Please reply to this sources sought with the answers to the following questions.

Can your company dispute the sole source claim that the OS/COMET software and maintenance can only be supplied by Peraton Inc.? If so, please specify what brand and how it will be able to bypass the sole source restriction. If necessary, supply a software list. If the government were to solicit for this requirement, would your company be interested and capable in supplying a quote? If so, is your company a small business? And if yes, what type of small business? Please provide your SAM.gov UEI.

Please send all responses to Mr. Kade Allen at kade.allen@spaceforce.mil and SrA Marion Shinholster at marion.shinholster@spaceforce.mil.
