This opportunity involves the renovation and refurbishment of three kitchenettes in Building 1029 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, for the U.S. Air Force's 377th Mission Support Group. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 377th Mission Support Group (MSG), Kirtland Air Force Base - Contracting office: FA9401 377 MSG PK - Scope of Work: - Demolition and removal of existing cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, sinks, disposals, osmosis systems, ceiling tiles, and lighting - Installation of new commercial-grade cabinetry, countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, under-sink reverse osmosis systems, commercial ceramic tile flooring, Armstrong or similar ceiling tiles, high-efficiency LED lighting, robust exhaust ceiling fans, and painting - Relocation of electrical switches and outlets, dust mitigation, and project management - Products/Materials Requested: - Commercial stainless steel double-bowl sinks (3 units) - Commercial-grade garbage disposals (3 units) - Under-sink reverse osmosis systems (3 units) - Heavy-use Formica or laminate cabinetry (3 units) - Corian or similar solid surface countertops (3 units) - Armstrong or similar 2'x2' ceiling tiles (samples required) - Commercial ceramic tile flooring (samples required) - High-efficiency LED light fixtures - Robust exhaust ceiling fans - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide samples for cabinetry, countertops, ceiling tiles, and flooring - All work must comply with federal, state, and Kirtland AFB building codes and maintain facility accreditation - One-year warranty on workmanship and materials - Coordination with government project manager and 377 MSG personnel required - Utility outages must be coordinated two weeks in advance - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated; products must be commercial-grade and meet stated specifications

Description

This project will be located on Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico. The primary goal of this project is to refurbish/remodel three existing kitchenettes in Building 1029. The Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, investigation, studies, specifications, drawings, and supervision as required in connection with this Statement of Work (SOW) for the design, ordering and installation of a successful completed project. All work shall be in strict compliance with all applicable codes as adopted and modified by the state of New Mexico, Federal and Kirtland AFB building codes.
