Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
The intended contract is a firm-fixed price.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System.
VA Puget Sound Healthcare System has a need for a one year to base plus four option year contract for channel programming content providing continuous high quality natural imagery and soothing music, as well as Guided Imagery access, to support the well-being of patients, families, and caregivers over a full 24-hour cycle brand name or equal to the C.A.R.E. Channel.
The service shall provide a quantity of 2- four channel media broadcasters that will be mounted to the existing campus television distribution system using 2 -Multichannel Modulators that is configured to display 4 - streams of accessible content to the CATV locations at the 2 main campuses for access by all veterans. The programming service will be exchanged by the VA FMS HTM personnel who will be mailed a new media device to be installed semi-annually.
