The U.S. Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance and snow removal services at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) and the associated Fam Camp in Massachusetts. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG/CEOS), Civil Engineering Office (CEOES), AFLCMC/PZIB - Scope of Services: - Grounds maintenance: mowing, landscaping, trash removal, fertilizer application, and leaf composting - Snow removal: clearing building entrances, walkways, stairs, handicap ramps, porches, mechanical room entrances, roads, and parking areas - Special attention to youth facilities and emergency response within one hour - Snow plowing and sand/salt application at Fam Camp and Water Treatment Plant - Placement and maintenance of 185 ten-gallon buckets of ice melt and roadway markers - Development and annual update of a Landscape Maintenance Plan, including hazardous materials list and Safety Data Sheets - Use of environmentally safe ice melt products - Contract Structure: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Annual recurring services, with snow removal required from November 15 to April 30 each year - Emergency snow removal response required within one hour, including during federal holidays - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; contractor must provide all necessary equipment, vehicles, tools, supplies, and labor - All requirements and performance details are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and bid schedule

Description

This requirement is for services for grounds and snow removal maintenance on both Hanscom AFB and FAM CAMP. The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, vehicles, equipment, and labor to perform grounds maintenance and snow removal. The objective is to ensure safe access to facilities for base personnel and occupants in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This contract is for a base period and four option years.

All questions are due on or before 11 AM EST, Monday 27 April 2026. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 2:00 PM EST, Friday 1 May 2026.

Offers are due on or before 12:00 PM EST, Wednesday 13 May 2026. Offers shall be valid for a period no less than 90 days. Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes.
