The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, is seeking a contractor to supply and install an Elopement Alarm System at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System - Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) - OEMs and Vendors: - System must be compatible with the Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system - Wanderguard Blue products are specifically requested - Products/Services Requested: - 8 Door Alarm Controllers - 16 Nurse Station Annunciators - 50 Wanderguard Blue Bracelets - 1 Wanderguard Blue Door Bundle Starter Kit with Transmitters - 1 Wanderguard Blue Installation Project Management service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must provide tamper and battery monitoring - Audible alarms required, but doors must not lock - Coverage for approximately 15,000 sqft per floor - Must monitor 8 doors across 4 floors and include 16 annunciating stations - All wiring and components to be provided and installed by the contractor - System must be installed in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner, adhering to VA standards - Delivery and installation required within a specified period after order - Place of Performance: - Tulsa VA Medical Center, 440 S. Description

Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to supply and install an Elopement Alarm System to notify nursing staff of monitored patients leaving that are identified at elevated risk for elopement at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to supply and install all components and to monitor 8 doors on 4 floors and 16 annunciating stations including wiring between all devices in accordance with this statement of work in a cost effective, efficient, and safe manner, while in accordance with the VA Mission.
