The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking Direct Internet Access Service or Broadband for two federal facilities in Puerto Rico. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Connectivity & Collaboration Services (CCS) - Technology Acquisition Center NJ - Products/Services Requested: - 300M Direct Internet Access Service or Broadband equivalent for Hato Rey VA Clinic (VA Heroes Domiciliary), San Juan - 100M Direct Internet Access Service or Broadband equivalent for Morovis National Cemetery, Morovis - Installation, ongoing maintenance, and repair/replacement for both broadband connections - Quantities: - 300 Mbps service for Hato Rey VA Clinic - 100 Mbps service for Morovis National Cemetery - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service must include both initial installation and ongoing support (maintenance and repair/replacement) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified providers - Respondents must demonstrate technical expertise and provide cost estimates - Locations: - Hato Rey VA Clinic (653 Munoz Rivera, San Juan, PR 00918-3631) - Morovis National Cemetery (900 Road 137, Morovis, PR 00687)

The effort includes installation, and maintenance including repair/replacement.
