The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District is seeking a contractor to provide dredging services for the Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to Gulf, Southwest Pass Hopper Dredge Contract No. 4-2026 (OM26004). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (DEPT OF DEFENSE, DEPT OF THE ARMY, US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, ENGINEER DIVISION MISSISSIPPI VALLEY, ENDIST NEW ORLEANS) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - One fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge - Dredging operations to be performed in the Mississippi River, Southwest Pass, and potentially other areas inside and outside the New Orleans District - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Dredge vessel must be self-propelled and of the trailing suction hopper type - Contractor must provide a full crew and all necessary equipment - Estimated contract value is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 - Place of performance includes the Mississippi River, Southwest Pass, and possibly additional locations within and outside the New Orleans District

Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to Gulf, Southwest Pass Hopper Dredge Contract No. 4-2026 (OM26004)

The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. Work will be performed in Mississippi River and Southwest Pass and possibly in other areas inside and outside of the New Orleans District.

The magnitude of construction range for this Dredge project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.

This solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Apr 2026 and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment.
