The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams specializing in urban and regional transportation planning, transit planning, alternative systems, transportation safety, public involvement, traffic and financial analysis, project prioritization, and non-motorized transportation planning. The selected consultant will develop a Comprehensive Transportation Plan for the cities of south Fulton County. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in Q3 2026, with all work completed by May 31, 2028, and a project budget of approximately $1,237,500, contingent on funding from the Georgia Department of Transportation.
