Description

This Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is published in accordance with FAR 6.303-1 to fulfill a requirement for routers that provide broadband access on cellular networks. The approved JOFOC is being made publicly available for a minimum of 30 days, in accordance with FAR 6.305(d).

The modification increases the dollar value by $44,038.60.
