This is a requirement to support the anticipated spares/buy of the C-5 electrical solenoids.  These solenoids convert rotational motion into push or pull linear motion, enabling lifting, dropping, sliding, or tilting of machines or materials. They are currently coded as ERRC P. The Air Force is currently pursuing a five-year, firm-fixed price, requirements acquisition contract with one basic period and four ordering periods.
