Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to enter into a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price service contract with CMC Electronics, 600 Dr. Frederik Philips Blvd., Ville Saint-Laurent Quebec, Canada, H4M 2S9. This Sole Source Determination is based on the need for Navigation Database update services for the P-3 Aircraft Flight Management system.
The anticipated period of performance is for a 12 month period. The North American Industry Classification System, (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with CMC Electronics. No solicitation package will be publicly issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if an interested party believes it can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email. Documents over 10 pages total will not be accepted. Verification of receipt of responses are the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no repsonsive statements are received by April 30, 2026 at 12:00pm EST, an award shall be made to CMC Electronics.
